  1. Thank you Lightning, I will try that. I'm however very curious to know what the issue could be. The only think I can think of is that the dvd burner is not compatible with those type of dvds.. Other than that, i don't know. I'm totally out of clues, never been in such a situation. What do you think the problem is?
  2. Hello, I have been trying to erase a RW DVD with no success at all. Here's the log of IMGBurn: ; //****************************************\\ ; ImgBurn Version 2.5.4.0 - Log ; Monday, 13 December 2010, 19:52:40 ; \\****************************************// ; ; I 19:51:06 ImgBurn Version 2.5.4.0 started! So i thought: perhaps it's time to try something else, so I used VSO ConvertXToDVD, and nothing changed. Afterwards I installed CLONE DVD, and the result was the same. I even tried with nero and with the windows 7 application and still nothing changed. I get always the same error, 'unable to erase disc'. I got this laptop in September and this was my first attempt at trying to erase&burn a rw dvd. What could it be? Thanks in advance for any responses, -Pasquale
