Hi, Right I got to the bottom of the above, and figured it was the burner and not the disks as they burn perfectly on my desktop. So im looking for an external drive for my laptop, and my local computer store has the below available, is anyone able to confirm if this drive will burn xbox 360 back ups? Hi All, My first post here, so here goes. I have just started to backup my xbox 360 games to DVD+R DL disks. My first attempt was with Resident Evil 5, and not a single problem using Datawrite(Ricoh) DL disks. However, I must have been through 10+ of these disks and been unsuccessful on every one of these occasions. Im using a Sony Optiarc BC-5500H burner. Could this be the drive, or have I been silly and opted for crap disks? Cheers Matty
