I just got this product by recommendation of our IT guy at work. I followed the instruction to burn a video to dvd but I received a Verify Failed: Reason: Layouts do not match error. I couldn't find anything on this in the forum. Below is my log. Can you please tell me what I am doing wrong? I did put in another disk just to make sure the first one wasn't a bad one and I got the same error again.
