Burning a .mkv- file to a BD-R disk gave me a DATA-file, that unfortunately won't play in my Blu-ray player. Is there a way to avoid this and is it possible to create a "true" Blu-ray disk with IMGBurn?

Is it possible to burn 2 ISO' s, AVCHD, to 1 BD-R disk? I tried this by loading the 2 mds-files into the program, but after burning the first ISO, the disk was finalized and the program asked to insert a second disk for burning the second ISO.
