After years of flawless ImgBurning, I now encounter this problem on every burn on either of my drives.
I've downloaded the latest version. I've checked for other processes holding the drive locked. I've removed suspect filters (and rebooted). I've cleared the Disable Media Change Notification flag. I've disabled AnyDVD. No go.
