Yea I'm back and I've used the cleaning disc but it still won't burn DVDs so do I have to get a new one? It can read DVDs and CDs but can't burn them. I still get the medium not present

Yea I just restarted and I'm still stuck with the "device Not Ready (Medium Not Present)"

Nope still does the medium not present error

Okay so I've looked around already. I've tried the solutions I've found and they don't work. I use Verbatims DVD-Rs hp DVD A DH16ABLH 3HD9 Firmware: 3HD9 I also looked around for a firmware update but couldn't find anything
