i dont have the log but it whs all good anyone else ?

ok so my probleme is that when i burnd the 2 game and then insert it to the console it start to load it and then it shows disc unreadable and it never happend before i burned alot of games and didnt have that probleme and there whs no error on the log and i use TEAC discs by the way so Is it the xbox reader or the PC Burner probleme and if some one knows how to fix it ill be thxfull
