device manager shows only 1

i have 2 drives.

but windows doesnt recognize one of them.

does that mean its a driver problem?

Im trying to burn an iso to a dvd, but imgburn says:

"No writers detected"

iv used imgburn before and didnt have this problem.

I tried deleting the dvd driver, and restarting, but

it didnt help.
