Hi Lightining UK Still no luck I'm afraid. Have tried closing the track/session/disc as suggested. It appears to start reading the disc but then comes up with "Invalid or Unsupported Image File Format" message box. The saved file does not write & is far too small in any case. Also have not been able to browse disc content in Windows Explorer. Have copied log & info from box on the right. Sorry to be such a pain - I do appreciate your assistance very much. Hi I am trying to make copies of some DVD-R discs which were produced by my VCR/DVD combo from old video tapes I had. The discs are fine when played on my DVD player, but I keep getting "Disc Is Empty" when I try to "Create Image File From Disc". Hope someone can advise me?
