So how do you disable the actual 'Test Mode' option?? Were exactly is that setting?

hello, Did some searching and still cant find out how to disable the "test mode.." popup when burning to a bd-r. See screenshot of my settings and notice "Test Mode" is not checked, yet I recieve the popup every time. How do I disable this? Thanks!
