I've tried going to command prompt, but it doesnt show adminstrator for some reason? it just shows "Microsoft Windows (version 6.0.6002) Copyright <c> 2006 Microsoft Corporation. All Rights Reserved. C:\Users\Carol>" And it wont let me intergate anything, idk what im doing wrong?

Yes, Hi I'm trying to make a bootable cd with my windows xp sp1 cd. and i'm having trouble with making the bootable cd, idk what im doing wrong please help! Is there a way I can make a bootable cd? what can i do!
