But according to DiscInfo, shouldn't it support these discs?

Hi..I am n00b at this, so please forgive me for any mistakes I make... Anyways...I wanted to start burning some game backups...But when I put the disc in my dvd drive..it doesnt even detect it...But any other burned discs (like movies) etc are detected..So Im a bit confused as to why its happening...As far as I know..my drive supports dual layer reading and burning... Any help would be appreciated greatly..Thanks... Heres my DiscInfo listing..
