  1. Thanks for that! I've been stopping my downloads everytime I burn a disc -.-
  2. So browsing or downloading will not determine the success or failure of a duel layered burn?
  3. Have you set layerbreak to Calculate Optimal?
  4. I was just wondering if downloading or browsing the internet affects duel layered burning or the burner? Whenever I seem to click on links the buffer seems to drop and just wanted to know if using the internet at all has any affect on the burning of the disc Thanks!
  5. Your drive reported a 'Write Error' whilst trying to burn to the media. but for what reason? I've never had an error before
  6. I posted here before explaining a few errors I've had with Aone media and how it wouldn't let me burn but I bought another spindle and now it lets me I came across the above error ^ and was wondering what it means? I've never had an error while burning anything so this is a first for me. Everything I usually use was in place so I'm not sure why I'm getting this Thanks
  7. It's the same media code as before
  8. I have just tried it on my normal internal PC DVD burner and it just does nothing Is it possible I have a bad batch of discs? they used to work fine Just tried it on my laptop burner too and did not work. So 3 burners and the disc didn't work, I've tried taking some discs further down the spindle and the same result
  9. The files sound right Did you convert the file to dvd format? I used ImgBurn recently to burn a dvd and it works perfectly on my dvd player/xbox
  10. Okay, no problem thanks for the reply!
  11. Thanks for the reply mate. I just switched to some even cheaper media and it is now burning fine, no errors. However, Aone serve me well and I've got over 100 of them already bought Is there any cause to why it's suddenly resfusing Aone media?
  12. I'll first explain the situation... I have a Liteon IHAS 224B flashed with custom firmware (it's known as iXtreme Burner Max and works just fine so it isn't the firmware that is the problem) I have burned about 120+ DVD+R DL on this drive. It has been working fine until recently I edited the firmware to allow burning of 2.4x on unsupported media (Which has worked for me brilliant before, I burned over 100+ DVD+R DL with it no problem) but when I wanted to switch back to 2.4x FW instead of 4x I started getting errors such as this: but then I went back to the original firmware (iXtreme Burner Max) and I am getting a new error, burner sounds as normal now previously it didn't when I was experiencing errors) Now this is my current error... (see below) Here's my log: I am using Aone Plus media which has been brilliant for me and I actually prefer Aone over my Verbatims so I don't think it's a media issue Does anybody know the problem? or have had a similar experience, or is it just time for a new drive? This only started happening when I re-flashed the burner and I had only burned around 100 games Thanks all, Dave
  13. Oh yeah.. I just realised, it's because I have NTI Media Maker installed If I changed it to ImgBurn it says it's an Image file, that won't have any effect either will it?
  14. I will try with a verbatim disc next time, does this mean the NTI iso I'm using it all right? I used it on axgb360 and it said it was fine
  15. I just tried to burn the image and got this error: I am trying to put a game called "Deus Ex" on the disc, the discs I'm using are Aeon (Something like that, I forgot the name) Anyway I was thinking It didn't work because it is a NTI iso file, not just iso
