I already tried burning at different speeds, but I tried again and got the same error. I'm just going to get a new drive. Thanks!

Edit: I made the post below before seeing the response above. I just discovered the old logs, so here's the log of the one burn that did work. It looks like there are errors according to the log, but the disc (a movie) plays just fine in my DVD player. Why did this burn, while the others won't? Should I just go ahead and get a new drive? I bought a new spindle of double layer Verbatim DVD+Rs that were made in Singapore. I burned an image using AWS with a disc from this spindle and it worked perfectly. Then I tried to burn a different image and got the Power Calibration Error. Thereafter, every burn attempt resulted in the Power Calibration Area error--even if I used a disc from the bottom of the spindle or tried slower burning speeds.
