But when I put the disk in the WII I cannot load the game with Neogamma.

It gives an error (1208) saying that the disk is probably not DVD-R. That's not true.

Ok.

I could burn to the disk (without the "help" of OS) but after I receive the ImgBurn message that the writing has completed I saw the disk is still empty (4,38 GB of 4,38 GB available).

At the bottom left corner of ImgBurn it says that "disk not empty".

Why are you formatting DVD-R discs?

 

When I put the new disk in my laptop I receive the message that the disk will be made prepared for use and (if I am not mistaken) also formatted.

So the formatting is not done by me personally.

When i want to burn a game on a CD I receive the message that the disk is not empty.

But the disk is brand new and just formatted!
