  1. On HDtune the hard disk I thought was having problems says in "heatl" that it has some bad sectors... I guess I´ll try a new cable on the new hard disk!

  3. I´ll try HD tune and post the results. The HD i am using now only has one week so i haven´t defragmented it yet cause i thought i was not neccesary! Could it be something on the motherboard? Cause i´ve been having this problem with another hard disk too...

It happened only once today, but i am worried since it´s a new hard disk... Thanks!

Recently i´ve been having the error "waiting for buffers to recover"... i tought it was de kard drive because it´s been making a lot of noise, so I replaced with another one, but sometimes, less than before, the "waiting for buffers" error appears even tought i´m not using the disk other than burning. Any ideas? Sorry my english!!
  6. Yeah, I IKnow but for now it´s the only brand we get here in our country... the odd thing is that before formatting they worked great and burned at 8x... now sometimes it records at 6x and sometimes at 8x... You´re right... guess i´ll have to deal with it... thenks for all your help!!

  9. Nop, it stops at 6x... what is weird is that now is doing backups at 8x, but the again at 6x... recorden 3 at 6x and now 2 at 8x... i´m starting to thinks it´s the recorder...

  11. Hi guys! I wonder if you could help me on this.. Yesterday I Formatted my pc and re-installed Windows 7, and now my Lg recorder won´t record mi dvd´s at 8x, but only at 6x... I´m using the same blank dvd´s I was using before formatting, so it´s not the disks... Any help would be appreciated!!!
