  3. I'm downloading that firmware now and will edit this post after my next attempt. And for the record I can rule out it as a faulty rip because I burned it with another desktop I own, first try no problems.

A few hints A couple things: I'm using Verb MKM-003-00 I tried using "Perform OPC Before Write" I have Calculate Optimal layer break for DL Media checked for XGD3 games (in this case, skyrim)
