I have had a read through many topics and will happily accept that this may simply be a case of impatience on my part!
I put a Verbatim BD-RE into a HP (Lite-On) BD335e. Imgburn advised the disc needed to be formatted before it could be used, and who am I to argue?
Anticipating this would take a while, my daughter and I went for a ride on our bikes. (It's cold out there!)
Returning, I found the message "28% - Zeroing Sectors..." displayed at the bottom of the Imgburn window. Fair enough. An hour later and... It said the same thing.
Another half hour and... Still the same. There's no errors in the log:

Any suggestions? Even if they are only "Be patient - it'll get there..."?
On a positive note, I've been using Imgburn for years and have always had good times with CDs and DVDs. This is my first go with BDs.
