any reason why all of a sudden its takes an hour to analyze & an hour to encode with dvdshrink.

i have tried that already.

when i try anything higher than 4 the status bar of the main window reads " device not ready ( medium not present - tray closed ) when it attemps to verify

sorry for the delay. i reinstalled the newest version of imgburn. i got it to burn but only @ 4x. if i go any higher it gets stuck on the verify. also dvd shrink is running really slow.

need to try it again don't remember what it exactly said b back in a few

nothing happens when i push the tray back in. keeps saying Waiting for device to become ready...

W 11:37:46 Waiting for device to become ready... i have been using imgburn 4 years. never had a problem til today. went to burn an iso and once its done burning and ready to verify it keeps device not ready. i use verbatim dvds, i upgraded to the newest version and still had this problem so i uninstalled and installed old working version help please and thanks
