dam thought i was buying decent quality. weird though right? because i've successfully burned 2 dvds before... And actually i was getting power calibration errors at the time. just dont know how but i managed to overcome them. Is it also possible to be OS related. Because I think that time I managed to burn them successfully in windows vista while dual booting. Im currently on windows 8 beta will try lens clean too

Hi Guys Trying to burn a dvd but failing. My DVD drive is laptop based, 4 years old, perhaps needs a clean??? Sony DVD+R discs, have worked in the past... Any tips?
