Hi When trying to do a full erase of this disc i get stuck on 62%, it been there for at least 30mins, anyone got any ideas what the problem could be? Disc ID is IM1-000. When i try to close the programme it says 'sorry you cannot cancel this operation' should i force close it would it damage the disc? The disc is a BD-RE. Thanks
