I have my new burner now will this stop i/o error and drive errors?

Given any sort of choice, I'd never buy a slimline drive like that.

Oh ok, but i need a slimlie dvd drive because i used to burn my games on my laptop all the time. but i ordered a new dvd tray so hopefully that will fx the io error:P any thanks for all the help mate.

That log shows you trying reuse a disc that has previously failed. Don't do that.

Oh. so does it not matter if it says disc empty?
