Slim burners are rubbish in general, but when it comes to dual-layer media they take the crown.

 

You could try burning your current media at 4x and 6x to see if they work but you'll get better results with Verbatim DVD+R DL blanks. Also don't forget to leave Verify enabled.

The top one burnt fine.

Then i try to burn just cause 2 then i get check condition error

it can't be my discs as i just burnt GTA on the same disc type

And it's not the game and it can't be my computer as like i said

i just burnt GTA.

 

(LOG For JUST CAUSE 2) This log didn't go to well and went back

to not working again! it always goes too 3% then interpretation error

If the burner doesn't work with the best DVD+R DL media in the market then you should get it exchanged as faulty.

You don't even need to change the layerbreak in the settings as the .dvd file tells ImgBurn where to place the layerbreak.

Oh then what do i need to do to prevent the check condition error? buy new discs, and if i buy vertibran and they don't work what then? ;'(

Yeah i do leave it on verify the only setting i change is the layer break also i agree laptop drive are crap but i have Burt allot of games with the same discs and i'm thinking if i get vertibrin discs and they don't work i think it may be my computer messing it up :S but you're the pro so.. i will do what you suggest.

Hi i recently brought a new Drive because my old one had problems with imgburn

anyway the the one i brought is brand new just got it today and it supports: All DVD types.

The discs i have are DVD + R DL and they worked perfect for me a while ago.
