  1. Thanks for testing, and your description of the UDF file system. I may unistall 7zip and see if reinstalling fixes the problem. Otherwise I will try creating new images of my installation disks and see if that helps. I will post back when I'm done. Thanks again.
  2. Thanks for the advise, so if ISO is so out of date, what are some of the advantages of this newer UDF format? I've also just checked and my 7zip is the latest version, 9.20 the pics https://www.dropbox.com/s/tc57bzeptmv9svz/1.%20whats%20on%20my%20retail%20disk.png https://www.dropbox.com/s/mqi2fnsegs1u80r/2.%20after%20extracting%20iso%20with%207zip.png Wondering what the second one is with just boot? I was expecting it to look like the first one?
  3. Problems: 1. Just joined imgburn forums because I am having trouble making an ISO from my retail windows 7 professional disk 1. My retail windows disk is in my drive. 2. normally to create an iso I goto EZ mode picker and choose create image from disk and select the destination > create. done. 3. However this time when I extracted the ISO with 7zip i did not get all the folders as is on the dvd like I was expecting figure 1 is the contents of my retail dvd figure 2 is what I see after extracting the ISO I created using imgburn (see step 2 above) I was expecting to see figure 1 after extracting? Therefore, did imgburn create a UDF image instead? how do I get it to create an ISO which shows all the folders like in figure 1 when I extract it. Sorry I dont know anything about UDF at all 2. tried to create a new topic or post in the forums but this is the only place I can seem to post? Not sure why I cant create new topics how else can I ask for help? Any Help Much Appreciated Thank you.
