Created ISO is too large, how I can rip more efficiently?

Ive messed with the "READ" settings of ImgBurn but I havn't had any luck. Here is the problem. Im ripping a dual layer disc. The iso turns outs to be ~7.93GB while the files on the disc are ~3.9GB. I dont need a 1:1 8GB image. Is it possible to set ImgBurn to rip more efficiently? I would prefer the 4GB file. Below is my disc info, note the file sizes.
