I just installed the software....Ready to burn my first DVD. It told me it needed to format my DVD...I said ok.........It went thru steps until it gets to erasing disk. It has been 30 minutes plus and its stuck there. ???? If I try to exit, it says Sorry..you cannot cancel this operation. What happened?? It shouldnt take this long. ImgBurn.log
