I have a HDD that stopped loading Windows 7 and hangs on the windows load screen. So I purchased (found out later it was supposed to be free) this software and bought a new HDD and installed Windows 8 on it. I have the new drive as the primary and the old drive as the secondary. I was able to view a list of files on the corrupt drive with your software.
I created a boot disk and switched the drives around making the old one (windows 7) the primary and when your software attempted to resolve the issues it gave me a message saying wrong version of windows. I assume that is because I created it from within Windows 8.
How can I make a boot disk that will work in Windows 7?
Any help would be sincerely appreciated. Thank you for this incredible software.
