Hi there,
New to ImgBurn. Have read the guides and checked as many entries with this error as I can find in the forums. Could not find any specific match to my scenario. Apologies if I missed it. I have the following when trying to erase/format prior to burning an ISO image:

It gets stuck at 99% and never clears. Left the the last attempt for about 3 hours. Try and exit image burn and get a pop-up message "Please be patient - I heard you the first time". Eventually have to kill the process through task manager. The drive stays locked and will not let me open it - have to reboot. I have tried unlocking the drive through ImgBurn, but no success.I have used 3 new Verbatim +RW's - all with the same result. Got desperate and put one of them into my Toshiba DVD recorder and formatted it through that just to see if it changed anything. No Luck. Many thanks in advance for all and any help and suggestions,Cheers
