Nrg. File and Cdi. Like I said its shows all the files when I browse but nothing shows up when I click on them.

Hi all I got a problem and Ive looked everywhere to solve it but no luck. Im trying to get a back-up game for my dc and when I try to browse for the file it shows it but when I click open it doesnt show up in the program. I use to have no problem on my old laptop but I havent been able to do it on my new one. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
