Interesting. Thanks for the info. I'm running 12gb of ram with a Xeon quad-core and ssd drive (I can get exact specs if needed) so I've got plenty of horsepower. The file was coming off a sata 2 hard disc in raid 1 though... Any thoughts on optimizing that setting, or should I just put it at the lowest value?

Trying to burn a 23GB file to a single-layer Memorex BD-R disc. Log is below, but right before the program is ready to burn I get the following errors (which do not show in the log): "VirtualAlloc Failed!
