Dear ImgBurn Support Team, I was trying to extract iso from a xbox360 game disc. The progress went fine up until 98% when it suddenly stops and keeps retrying and finally gives me an error messages: I'm using external burner (samsung se-s084c) and I have tried to update my burner with no avail. The firmware update setup always gives me error message "Can't find suitable drive for F/W". Could somebody please help me regarding this problem? Thanks in advance..
