Create Image from file/folder doesn't work

Thank you. But what should I do with the extra file? I'm trying to make a bootable USB driver. -
I've been trying to create a bootable image of Windows XP SP3 using the option "Create Image from file/folder". Instead of giving me an .iso file, it gives me a compacted, winrar file and a separate boot image. What am I doing wrong?
