Thanks for the reply guys. I tries the firmware update but no good. I've swapped to an external DVD drive and that works great. Must be a problem with those drives. Thanks again

Thanks for your reply. Below if the info. Just so you know I have tried multiple DVD's and all the disks that don't work in this machine do work in my other machine. I am using Any DVD and IMGBurn 2.5.8.0. Dont know if any of that helps. Hi all, I don't even know what to call this problem. I'm creating ISO's of all my DVD's and decided that one computer is not getting it done fast enough. So I installed it on another computer but cant get it to work. It goes through the process in about 4 seconds and creates a small file usually about 9kb. Anyone know what im doing wrong?
