Update: Now device buffer is dropping to 4-5% This is strange, never had an issue before

Hey guys, this is really bugging me and i cant figure it out Ive made no changed to my system or settings at all, Im using a liteon ihas 324 b and only burn verbatim dual layer. Ive done 336 dual layers in 4 months, device buffer is fine instantly hits 100%. I have a 512 buffer that used to fill instantly untill just now now it takes 2-3 mins to fill to 100% then it fluctuates. Whats causing this? Thanks in advance guys
