I want to open an existing disc image in ImgBurn's "build" tool, so I can edit its contents. The tool can only open .ibb files. I have a disc image in bin/cue format. Is there a way I can convert this to .ibb, or open it directly in the build tool?

Why would you want different read speeds for those?

When creating an image file from a disc, at the bottom-right corner of the dialog it gives me two read speed dropdowns separated by a forward slash (for example, MAX / 8x). What do these mean, why are there two of them? As it's not obvious, perhaps they should be labeled to show what they do?
