Hello
as i was burning black ops 2 all went fine but at the end on finalizing disc at 99% it just gives an error to abort or retry the operation and if i retry its give error again to abort the setup when i do this it says operation failed and then the media which i was using seems to be wasted even my DVD drive wont read it neither my XBOX 360 after aborting the burn operation.
i had wast a number of dvds with some different settings I am providing my LOG kindly help me
Addition: i was burning minecraft but it gave me I/O error at 38% why????
