    OK, I have no idea what is wrong. I installed ImgBurn and everything went ok with the installation. The problem I am having is that every time I supposedly make an image from a DVD and all I end up getting is a zip file with the files for a dvd. What gives? What is wrong and what is it that I am doing wrong?
