I'm expecting a recovery disc from Samsung for my NP880Z5E-X01UB (blue screen), which doesn't have a CD/DVD player. From a computer with a CD/DVD player, I was told I need to convert the recovery disc to an image file, then I could put that file on a USB drive to recover the laptop.
