[No chapter markers on my burned blu ray discs]

I have burned at least 10 blu ray discs, but only one has chapters on it. I use MakeMkv and then use Handbrake to encode the blu rays. The chapter markers are always checked and for the audio I use AAC avcodec for option 1 and DTS HD passthru for the second option. I then use Omgburn to burn the discs, but I can't figure out why I don't get chapters. American Psycho has chapters, but Iron Man 1, 2, 3, and Inside Man do not have chapters. What am I doing wrong?

[Help burning Blu ray discs]

I have been having trouble with my blu ray burner and blu ray discs. The first thing I do is use MakeMKV, to copy the disc to the hard drive. Then I use Handbrake to encode the blu ray. I then use imgburn to burn the file to a bd-r disc and after doing that I put the disc into my blu ray player and it doesnt show anything on the disc. I use the original blu ray disc and use that with makemkv and so on. The file is still on my hard drive and there is sound. I have followed all the directions that websites have said to do with makemkv, handbrake, and imgburn and still nothing. The only thing I didnt see when doing everything was there wasn't a certificate folder created after ripping and encoding the disc. Does that make a difference?
