ahh, I see...that's a shame. Dvd decrypter used to rip, right? Is that the reason why it was shut down? And what does the "head select fault" mean? Thanks for the welcome (and quick reply), and happy holidays to you as well.

Can someone tell me what the problem is and how i can fix this? I'm trying to rip an image off a dvd, by the way.
