Thank you for replying I have used verbatim dvd rl disk The log I can't post because I have already burned disk sorry I'm trying to burn windows 10 what layer break should I use because I think this is giving me under burn thanks

Image burn has burned properly but when I look at the disk it only has burned halfway because I can see a line after halfway and between it is nothing there no burn at all, is this normal or is image burn not burned the disk properly, all the logs fine no problem at all, except it said attempting to under burn with a amber sign. also when I tried to verify the disk it said I/o error at 25% can you tell me why thank you

I have a problem with my drive it is giving me error message saying preference not found or medium not present. I think this is happened when I pressed the cancel button during burning I don't know is my drive damaged. when I restart my computer and reinstall image burn, it works great I can burn any disk but when I put another disk in preference not found can anyone help
