Hi,
I'm using ImgBurn since years and today is the first time I'm encountering an issue.
I was burning an ISO file of a Blu-ray video authoring I made, the 3 first copies went well (MediaRange 1-4x), then I ran out of these BDR, and opened a new stack, same "brand" but totally different "model", MediaRange 6x, and I tried two, and I got the same error at the very beginning.

Is there something I can do to solve this problem? I'm always using default settings of the program.

Thanks a lot LIGHTNING UK! for this very quick reply and for your software, I'm gonna try to get the same BDR I was using so far, or some different ones than the new faulty ones.
