Hi Folks, please forgive me as I am a complete newbie to the world of computers and i'm on a very steep learning curve. I installed ingburn wanting to back up/archive family videos from tape which I had already transferred to my computer. All was going swimmingly until I tried to writing to the dvd. The destination shows "no writers detected!". Having spent a whole day searching the web for an answer and getting nowhere any help would be gratefully received.
