No Kidding, You saved me a ton of hassle.Good to know if I has exchanged the Samsung for the LG I would still have the same problem.

Now it seems Thanks to lighting problems with the Samsung drive is easily solved

The problem I am having is I must set the booktype for DVD+R media each burn to change it to dvd-rom.I was going to return the samsung for an LgH22N but will the Lg have the same problem. If the statement below is correct that would solve things.

 

I read this in another forum :This LG / samsung drive problem will be remedied at the next release of Imgburn.... It will auto bookset these drives to DVD-Rom when using DVD+R media.
