I burned the project, saved as files... I enter the BDMV folder, subfolder>stream. 21.3 GB (22,972,999,680 bytes), It will play the video file in the computer, no audio though.

Most likely in a situation like this, the problem is with the authoring software. It didn't generate properly playable contents.
Do you have an actual BDMV folder on your hard disk where the BD was generated? If so, try playing that folder in a software player on your PC. If it still doesn't play properly, it wasn't authored correctly.
Have you changed the type of BD-R you've been using? I've never heard of Disc ID: OTCBDR-002-000 so it may be a cheap type of media. If you've always been using it, then you wouldn't care about that.
Been using these particular brand of discs for couple years....RiData BD-R 4x. I always try and do a test brun w/ a Varbatium BD-RE_-SL 2x first to make sure it looks good.

Let me burn the project as folders instead of .ios and see. Will advise.

Morning,
I have attempted to burn a BD-SL. IMG logs show successful, I confirm image on the disc under "properties". When I attempt to play in computer or stand alone BD player, the menus for the project will play, but the video will not.
Appreciate any help you can give. Been using IMG for year and never had issues until now.
Thanks

Ok... so ck this out... I have an old version of Nero (12). I tried burning the project using it. Project goes through and I see a note at the end of the log, showing burned successfully. Unable to close. What would keep this program or Nero from being able to close/finalize?
