[i/o Error when making iso file of DVD]

imgburn doesn't complete making an iso file of my DVD. See attached file

Hello, can anybody help with this?

After doing ANY DVD on my disc in the background and doing Image burn from DVD to disc, I get the attached error message:

i/o Error!

SK interpretation: Illegal Request

ASC/ASCQ interpretation: Copy Protection Key Exchange

Failure - Authentication Failure

IS there a fix for this error?
