I am new to all of this, so could you help me out here? I ripped my dvd and went through dvd shrink and now I can't burn or write the dvd. I put in my blank dvd and it says logical unit in process of becoming ready. Then it says medium not present - tray closed. That's all i got. On the right side it says TSSTcorp CDW/DVD ts-H492C GA01 (ATA) Current Profile: N/A. I don't know if any of that means anything or not.
