hi there, i have got exactly the same problem: pioneer 112d, 115 fw, verbatim dl, same errorlog. i tried reinstalling win xp, different chipset drivers, different psu, different cable..no success. the coasters i got cost more than the burner itself bc the leadout is written successfully every time. any ideas appreciated.
