Thanks for the advice, but I still seem to be having trouble. I've already updated my drivers firmware (It's at HI24, I believe), so I decided to buy some Verbatim discs. I went to Best Buy and got some Verbatim DVD-R's with the picture of a movie reel on them. However, my computer doesn't recognize them. Iyt says nothing is in the drive. Other discs, like some Fujifilm ones, work, but they can't be written to. What should I do?

After trying for two days, I find myself unable to burn an ISO file I made with DVDFlick to my dvds. At first I was unable to write anything at all to the disc, failing at sector 0-31. However, I eventually updated my HP 740b burner's firmware and managed to get a disc started. Unfortunately, it failed at 62%. Up to that point I had been using RICOHJPN-d01-02 discs. I decided to get some new DVD's, and bought Fujifilm PRODISC-R05-01. Unfortunately, I am still unable to burn anything to my DVD. I am able to burn CD's with Itunes, but not DVD's, if that means anything. Also, when I right click on properties when on my DVD drive, it shows 0 bytes of 0 bytes used on the disc, although it must know something is there, because it changes its name from DVD-RW drive to CD drive when it detects a disc, although that may require opening and closing the drive a couple times. Well, here is the log file from my most recent attempt. One more question though: When Imgburn manages to do the lead-in stuff but fails before the actual burning, is the disc I had wasted?
