It doesn't says if it is USB 2.0 or anything. HOWEVER, in the Everest, on PCI Devices I found this: ATI SB400 - USB 2.0 Controller jejeje I'm confused now

Hi, I'm new on this forum. I have a problem trying to burn Game Cube backups with the ImgBurn. Every time that I try to burn a game on a Mini DVD the write speed stays at 0.5x, even though I put 4x speed at the drop bar in the main menu. Plus, the device buffer keeps getting up and down, up and down and never manages to pass the 85%. I've been using Memorex discs (those are Ritek G04, that it's supposedly to be the best for GC). My burner is an external SONY DRX-720UL used on a laptop, and someone told me that this could be the problem. What should I do? P.D: English is not my native language, so I might sound a bit weird at times, sorry for that .
